Becoming DBT therapists is a process that includes training, motivation and commitment.
A DBT therapist must be in a position to work according to DBT principles. This implies the coexistence of recognised theoretical-practical training and continuous updating of clinical, research and training treatment developments. DBT is in fact a dynamic therapeutic system based on scientific evidence.
SIDBT organizes a gradual training path that, from training, leads to therapeutic competence.
