PROGRAMME No 1

The program delivers the standard DBT-A. The program is aimed at boys and girls aged 16 to 18 and is divided into individual interviews, consultation team and multi-family groups skills training. The group of skills training is open type, with inputs allowed at the end of each module. The complete cycle develops in 24 meetings divided into 5 thematic areas: mindfulness, tolerance of suffering, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and pathway.
